Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee because we believe our products are of the highest quality and will exceed your expectations.
Return Procedure
- Return Request: Please contact us first at shop@vrotiwear.com to request a return. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
- Return Instructions: Please follow the instructions you receive from us after your return request.
- Return Shipping: Please return the product according to the instructions provided. Ensure the product is well-packed to prevent damage during transportation.
Refunds
- Approval: We’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Contact: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@vrotiwear.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items Not Eligible for Full Return
- Free/Promotional Items: Free or promotional items are not eligible for a refund. If the return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a store credit instead.
