1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
If these timeframes have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email.
Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox, as sometimes our emails end up there. Note that it may take a little while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.
3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order using the Track & Trace number that you received via email.
Enter your Track & Trace number on our Track Your Order page to see the latest status of your delivery.
4. I am not satisfied with my package.
